Legal
Terms of Use
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Welcome. These terms cover your use of lifequalityproject.org. They are short because the arrangement is simple: everything here is free information from a community initiative, offered in good faith.
1. Who we are
The Life Quality Project is a free, volunteer-driven community-information initiative. We publish practical ideas about everyday living — organising homes and time, balancing work and rest, and building local community — and we run free local activities. We sell nothing on this site, and using it never creates a charge, a subscription, or any other financial obligation.
2. What the content is — and is not
Everything on this site is general information about practical, everyday matters, shared the way one neighbour would share it with another. It is offered as-is, for you to consider and adapt to your own situation.
It is not professional advice of any kind — not professional organising services, not legal, financial, or medical advice, and not a substitute for consulting a qualified person about your specific circumstances. If something in your life needs an expert, please find one; our lane is the ordinary and practical.
3. Our graphics and words
The illustrations on this site are original hand-drawn artwork made for The Life Quality Project, and the text is our own. They are illustrative, not depictions of real people or places. You are welcome to link to any page. If you would like to reuse our material for a community purpose, email us — we usually say yes.
4. Acceptable use
Please use the site and its forms as intended. In particular, do not:
- send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content through our forms;
- use our forms to send bulk, automated, or commercial solicitations;
- attempt to disrupt the site or misrepresent your identity to us;
- present our material in a way that suggests we endorse a product or service — we endorse none.
5. Signing up
Submitting a form on this site is a message or a sign-up, nothing more. It is not a contract, a membership fee, or a purchase; nothing is charged, and you can walk away at any time. How we handle the details you send is covered by our Privacy Policy.
6. No warranties, limited liability
We take care with what we publish, but we provide the site and its content without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Life Quality Project and its volunteers are not liable for losses arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Links to other places
Where we link to third-party sites or services (such as the form-delivery service that carries our messages), those are run by others under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Changes
If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means the current version applies.
9. Contact
Anything unclear? Write to hello@lifequalityproject.org and a volunteer will get back to you.
